We have been proudly serving regionally-authentic Italian cuisine to the Merritt Island area since March of 2004 and Brevard county since 1988. Alfredo’s Paradiso is family owned and operated by husband and wife duo, Alfredo and Linda.
What We Do
Our Story
From an early age, both Alfredo and Linda experienced life that shaped them into the passion they both share together. Alfredo recalls his early childhood cooking alongside his mother, a woman gifted in home cooking and baking. As for Linda, recalls days spent alongside her father, a successful owner of a wine and general store.
